Lunch. I've jusy had a big mixed salad with lettuce, tomatoes, radishes, cucumber, shredded carrot, red onions, tamari seeds & dressing,with some kallo lentil cakes topped with avocado. Kind of topped each avocado lentil cake with some of the salad.
My youngest son had a cheese & cucumber sandwich & then wanted some of my avocado topped lentil cakes so we shared.
today is Wednesday hmmm should be a noodley soup day, however, I am not sure that I feel like doing a whole big pot as it made me "nappy" on Monday - maybe a simple banana in a pita with peanut butter and jam...
