I made a buckwheat, carrot, soya curl, mushroom & spinach risotto in the IP served with yeast flakes, grated Violife Pros.smoked Cornish sea salt and a drizzle of evo.

Sojade yogurt with berries plus sweetener.

hmmm another soup day of some kind, maybe a can of vegetable with lots of veggies and soy curl crumbs added

nope, I just remembered we are having Just Egg French Toast and sausage on the side, I think it is Beyond - I was able to get the Just Egg half price and it expires tomorrow so today it is - I wanted to have it for dinner tonight and was overruled 🙄

I had pesto mushroom bruschetta and then sorbet for lunch and tomato pasta with sourdough bread, oil and olives for dinner.
