A salad; grated white cabbage, grated carrots, diced mushrooms, sliced beetroot, crispy onions, smoked tofu with vinaigrette and yeast flakes.
it is steel cut oat morning - lots of fruit and all the goodies

I think we are having beans on toast as usual, with orange/banana - thing is we have leftovers from last night and not sure I can wait until dinner to eat them LOL
