I'm having biscotti with my coffee. I had a delicous smoothie earlier made with almond milk, bananas, blueberries, kale, ground flaxseed, vanilla protein powder and cinnamon.

I'm going to have a cherry and banana smoothie. I don't have any spinach so I might try some romaine lettuce. I will blend a little bit at a time just in case I can taste it!

I'm going to make a vegetable, butter bean and potato soup and have it with bread or a bagel for lunch.

haven't had noodley soup for days and so that's on the menu for today - some cabbage still, kale, and if my honey has anything with beans then I will throw some of those in along with the soy curls, oh and some split red lentils too which I now try to remember to add

Small plates:

Grated carrot and avocado salad with lemon vinaigrette and yeast flakes.

A 1/4 of a stuffed sugar spice stuffed pumpkin with lentil stew, hazelnuts and red wine.

A Spanish orange.

Toasted sourdough bread. I’m rationing the last of my miyoko’s butter by blending it with the plant based butter I found in shop rite. I have two more blocks of miyoko’s in the freezer. I’m going to be so sad when it’s gone. I might try emailing the company to see if there are any plans to bring it back. I know miyoko lost the bid to buy back the company.

I hadn’t been to Shop Rite since my time in Philly, but the other day I was in a plaza with a Shop Rite for another reason and decided to see if they had vital wheat gluten. They did, and I was quite surprised at how nice the store was. In Philly, it was a dumpy store, lol. My old rewards card still worked as well!
