Whatcha Eatin?

A roasted stuffed sugar pie pumpkin. I simply made the stuffing with the leftover rich lentil stew, added some whole wheat bread crumbs, ground hazelnuts and various spices and herbes. I basted it with more red wine whilst it was roasting.

The last of the walnut-cranberry sourdough bread (toasted with some vegan butter) and an apple with peanut butter.
 
Lunch: a chickpea salad wrap with a side of tortilla chips and a pickle; coffee-flavored almond milk.
