Whatcha Eatin?

I'm having biscotti with my coffee. I had a delicous smoothie earlier made with almond milk, bananas, blueberries, kale, ground flaxseed, vanilla protein powder and cinnamon.

I'm going to have a cherry and banana smoothie. I don't have any spinach so I might try some romaine lettuce. I will blend a little bit at a time just in case I can taste it!

I'm going to make a vegetable, butter bean and potato soup and have it with bread or a bagel for lunch.

haven't had noodley soup for days and so that's on the menu for today - some cabbage still, kale, and if my honey has anything with beans then I will throw some of those in along with the soy curls, oh and some split red lentils too which I now try to remember to add
