Ooh, we got some of this recently. I had it on a sandwich with vegan ham and cucumber last week.
 
it's Tuesday so it is leftover steel cut oats/split red lentils from Saturday day... adding banana, berries, peanut butter powder, cocoa powder, hemp, flax, etc.
