Whatcha Eatin?

Breakfast- tea, ww pita, fruit.

Nibbled lunch- biscotti, TJ oat chocolate bars, the bottom of the bag tortilla chips, dried apricots. 🤪

Supper should be healthier- home made Boston baked beans, with Mayacoba peruanos, vegdogs, and a purple cabbage slaw....

Ww multi grain toast with spread and M&S shamembert. Texture and taste so very similar to the real thing.
French press with California Farm oat sf mill.

Nothing yet, as I think I have to fast for my thyroid blood test.

I had some baguette with vegan butter and a fresh fruit salad with grapes, strawberries, blueberries and raspberries.
 
Lunch has been a big salad. Spring mix, kale, olives, a pickle, tofurky meat, vegan mayo, mustard, balsamic vinegar, tomato, hot sauce and nuts. It is so good.

Lunch Miso soup with spinach, shrooms, tofu and brown rice noodles.
Supper- split pea soupwith greens blended in, whole wheat crackers, tangerine.
Isn't that exiting?

Not very exciting, but very healthy!
 
I'm going to have a raspberry flavoured coconut yoghurt with sliced banana for breakfast. Green tea.

Ww multi seed toast with spread,mashed avocado and artisan style blue cheeze from M&S.
Another artisan blue cheeze made by a London based company that tastes like dairy cheese.

French press with California Farm (unsweetened) oat barista plus sweetener.
