Chorizo, 2 bean chili. The Morningstar farms chorizo crumbles, black beans, chickpeas, onion, garlic, stewed tomatoes, a zuicinni, some tiny bell peppers, bit of salsa and lots of spices.

last night I took two flat breads and just put on a tiny mix of butter/olive oil / garlic powder / chili peppers and baked them until they were crispy, cut them up and used them like chips to scoop up hummus - a bit of chocolate/nuts/seeds for dessert

I'm going to have breakfast for dinner: an omelette made of mung bean liquid egg, vegan cheese, onions, olives and broccoli with sides of air-fried home fries and a handful of green grapes.

I had a simple dinner: elbow macaroni and broccoli (both cooked in the same water- I only cut the broccoli into large, thick spears (branches? trunks?) so they were easy to spoon out when they were done- then the macaroni went in after the water re-heated a bit). Topped it with some of my cooked soybeans and a bit of canola oil. Stayman Winesap apple for dessert.

edited to add: corrected a mis-spelled word.
