I bought a carton thinking they'd be better than rolled oats. I like them much better in winter, and not often.
How else can you use these long cooking time oats? I'm thinking they'd make great cookies, and quick breads, but not how.
I do know they're great in bean/lentil loaves (cooked)
Any ideas?
