So - noem has once again said that the victim Renee had been following ICE around All day and was harassing them - The shooting took place @ around 9.30 in the morning just after she dropped off her son at school! Somehow noem’s timing seems a bit of an exaggeration, or more likely a downright Lie!

It's actually fairly clear what happened if you watch the video carefully a number of times, rather than just casually once. It's also clear that the Trump administration's response to this shows at best bias and at worst lies that are contradicted clearly by the video.

Here are the facts, as far as I could make out. Plus some comments of mine.

So, first of all the car of the woman who is going to die, reported as Renee Good a US citizen, is blocking the road. Her car isn't completely stopping cars from going by as there was space to drive past. How exactly her car came to be in this position is not shown and not clear. She might have been trying to reverse around in the middle of the road but the car seems to be stopped for several seconds. I'd guess she's deliberately blocking the road. One of the ICE agents tries to open her door to arrest her, but it doesn't work, presumably it was locked. She reverses a bit and then puts it into forward gear and tries to drive away rather than allowing herself to be arrested. That was clearly an extremely bad decision.

The guy draws his gun either while the car is stationary or when it just starts to move forward, however given the reaction time this means the car was either stationary or reversing when he would have made the decision to draw the gun.

As the car first moves forward she is initially on a collision course with the person who has drawn the gun on her. Driving towards a person pointing a gun at you was a very bad decision but it's possible she didn't have chance to react. Given the distraction of the other guy trying to open the door, it's not even certain she saw she knew she was driving towards the shooter for a very brief period at low speed.

She turns her wheel to the right, and he also moves to her left, averting the collision. Its possible it was more her moving than him that averted any potential collision. At the around this same time he shoots her 2-3 times, with possibly at least one of those being when he was already out of danger.

A far better way to protect himself would have been to run out of the way rather than shooting. The drawing of the gun is clearly another mistake that clearly wasn't justified.

Also, ICE is in their usual civilian looking vehicles and dressed including with masks on, in a way that makes it unclear whether they are drug smugglers, a local gang or officials. Any of those could be true give their vehicles and how they dress. However, some reports say she was acting as an observer of ICE so if that's true she would have known they were ICE.

Even if which is Very debatable he was in Danger - firing once “could” be almost excusable, However, 3 shots were fired - 2 of them through the open window after she had passed by him… There is No excuse for that!
The fact that the government doesn’t want Minnesota to be included in the inquiry shows that they have already decided that it was “justified” Ugh!!

there is a doctor on recording that was denied giving her aid. he pleaded with them to try and stop the bleeding.
she was executed and now serves as a warning to anyone who would stand up to constitutional rights
they aren't allowing ice recordings to be given to the state

Unfortunately, I doubt that it was a Freudian slip - rump is So delusional and sick that he thinks that His morality is Correct!
Thankfully it is his Mortality that will Eventually stop his Madness!!
The next 3 years will be Very long and difficult I suspect.

Finally someone said what I've been saying for the past year...Trump is not our biggest threat. It's the people who will come after him when he's gone, and the Americans...our family, friends and neighbors... who are cheering on this administration.
