Am not looking for any recipe in particular. I live in Toronto. I have been a vegetarian since childhood

I do much of my own cooking- I'll be baking salt-free whole wheat bread (possibly with oats added) today and will probably be cooking pinto beans tomorrow, but I don't know that I can recommend a recipe. I prefer recipes that are simple.
