These were a hit!
- 1 medium sized cauliflower cut into bite sized pieces
- 2 cups fine bread crumbs (gluten free or not)
- 1 cup nutritional yeast
- 3 TBS lime juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 175 c.
- Toss the cauliflower in s small amount of olive oil and arrange cauliflower on an oiled baking sheet. Put tray in preheated oven.
- Mix together the bread crumbs, nutritional yeast, lime and oil. It will become moist and crumbly.
- Check the cauliflower in the oven and turn to ensure all sides get brown and cook properly.
- When the cauliflower can be pierced with a fork take out of the oven.
- Individually coat each piece of cauliflower in the bread mixture. You can use your fingers to make the mix stick if necessary.
- Place cauliflower back on baking tray and put back in the oven
- When the coated cauliflower is golden bring it out of the oven. This will take approximately 5-10 minutes.
