My name is Dave and I live in NYC, although originally grew up in Long Island and still do a lot of stuff out there. I am new to the forum and excited to learn more, explore recipes and share whatever information I can. I am also part owner of Rockin Wellness, but I am here to learn and to grow as a Vegan not to push products or anything like that. Hope everyone is having a great day!
