Hello from me

Hi all. Just joined. I've been a vegan for around 12 months and was a veggie before that for about 40 years. I have 2 kids the youngest is a veggie and the oldest a vegan. My wife is also a veggie.

Hoping to get a bit more information and ideas from here. Hopefully my first post of many.
