5o gram margarine
1.5 tbsp flour (I used Maizenna - corn flour/starch.
1.5 - 2 dl cream
1 dl water + extra if you need to make it more liquid later
1 - 2 tbsp lemon juice
0.5 - 1 tsp white wine vinagre
1 clove garlic (crushed)
1/2 dice bouillon
A pinc of sugar
Tarragon (1 - 2 tsp)
Parsley (1 - 2 tps)
Turmeric (for color)
Black pepper
Herb salt
- Melt margaragine
- Blend in the flour
- Blend in the cream and water
- Add all the spices, taste for
- Let it boil on low heat for about 5 minutes
- Add more water if it gets to thick
