Vegan Garlicky cashew creme linguine

This turned out well after browsing recipes that neither suited what I wanted, nor what I had.
This made a big 6 quart pot! o_O
Soak 1/2 cup raw cashews (or sub raw sunflower seeds if you like) in hot water while prepping-
About a pound of cooked cauliflower (I had a frozen bag I popped in micro 3 min)

saute in oil or broth-
A pound of mushrooms roughly chopped
an onion
at end I added 6 cloves chopped garlic

Blend -
the drained cashews, cauliflower
1.5 cups no chicken broth OR plain non dairy milk,
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 teaspoon dijon mustard (or powdered mustard)
I like a teasp sage and rosemary

Add to cooked linguine or other pasta with some kind of green veg. I've added spinach in past, today used cooked green beans
