I had a bowl of strawberries, bananas, pumpkin seeds with Alpro plain yogurt and sweetener.
Just having a snack; Shoreditch smoked and a cracked pepper and salt cracker.
This brand has the best vegan cheeze ever!

Sunday was breakfast beans/onions/jalapeno on toast with a side of the Soyarie herb burger is made in Quebec from tofu produced with 100% Canadian soybeans plus grapefruit and banana.

Today, hmmm, not sure yet but likely a noodley soup although I am tempted to make my Lemony Berry Pancake Bars ...

I made an amazing vegetable curry. For some reason it came out better than it ever has previously. I used potatoes, carrots, and fresh string beans. I'm going to add tofu and red lentils.

I ate out at a new to me local restaurant. I had the vegan burger and padron peppers.

I made an amazing vegetable curry. For some reason it came out better than it ever has previously. I used potatoes, carrots, and fresh string beans. I'm going to add tofu and red lentils.

I bought some Biona mustard and some Hunter & Gather egg free mayo yesterday from a refill shop. I haven't tried either before so I was going to make a sandwich with some marinated Quorn pieces and a side salad of lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, radishes and some gherkins.

The BEST vegan burger I'd ever had (maybe second to the one from the food truck...)
I had maybe two cup of mushrooms chopped, sauteed them with chopped onions, then when cool mixed in about equal parts oats and bread crumbs, maybe 3 Tbsp vwg, thyme and sage and nooch. I did that last night and let sit in fridge
I came home hungry thinking of BK impossible whopper, then remembered this, and sauteed 4 big patties.
OMG....really super good! On bun with my mayo and dijon mustard

it's a cereal day here also and I will keep it small and add berries and nuts and all the other goodies

yesterday boiled some cabbage and tiny vermicelli sticks then added kidney beans, lots of other veggies included kale and spinach and then poured in a can of Aylmer tomato soup - so good
