Whatcha Eatin?

we had a late brunch also on Sunday - just breakfast beans w/onion, jalapeno on toast

today will likely be noodley soup and I finally found some fresh kale, so there will be kale and cabbage and other frozen veg and soy curls etc

A yoghurt and two red apples.

I have got some chickpeas and sweetcorn out of the freezer as I'm going to have a chickpea "tuna" sandwich when I get home and add some celery and vegan mayo.

yesterday I had to be out the door early so I grabbed just a bit of my leftover steel cut oats and threw it in the microwave with some berries and a prune and ate quickly - and was amazed that is held me, without hunger, until after 4pm - I should start eating less...

today I will have the rest of the steel cut oats/split red lentils from Saturday and will add berries, banana, walnuts, pumpkin seeds etc - so much for eating less...
