yesterday for break/lunch I had cereal so today I am going back to soup and I think it will be spicy kimchi with lots of cabbage and veggies added and soy curls, of course
the porridge is on the stove - steel cut oats/split red lentils, cranberries, molasses, ground flax - to be topped with berries, banana, hemp hearts, turmeric, maple syrup and side of toast w/peanut butter
I have got some chickpeas and sweetcorn out of the freezer as I'm going to have a chickpea "tuna" sandwich when I get home and add some celery and vegan mayo.
