I found vegan pâté at a health food shop the other day so I bought 4 lots. I just had a pâté sandwich as I need to go out for a class.

Leftover split pea & vegetable soup with evo/yeast flakes.
Cabbage slaw with vinaigrette and yeast flakes plus a slice of Happyvore protein.

it's Saturday so it is steel cut oats/split red lentils day, molasses, cranberry, banana, more berries, flax, hemp, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, maple syrup - toast with peanut butter

My breakfast was ... a peanut butter sandwich on... "half-wheat" bread, I guess? I was hungry about 90 minutes later, so I had rolled oats with soymilk.
