Cabbage and vegetable hot pot with added brussels and some savoury stuffing plus yeast flakes.
A slice of ww granary loaf with chive and garlic cream cheeze.
A small banana.
yesterday was a bowl of breakfast beans with a side of potato hash/onions/bell pepper, Saturday was steel cut oats as usual and today will likely be noodley soup
the weather outside is frightful so seems like a good excuse for noodley soup - have lots of fresh kale so it will be packed with that and lots of other veggies, soy curls, etc
I mentioned a few years ago that I was able to buy wakame cheaply at a local Bento Box as they sold me a full bag for just $20 and that lasted me since November of 2020 to now - bought about a half bag from them this week for $13 and that will likely last another 3 years.
I had an appointment in town so had a chocolate & hazelnut vegan no added sugar protein bar. It was very nice and I ate it whilst I
fed the pidges. I managed to de string one. Another one was very badly stringed with ribbon and sadly, I could only remove it from one toe. It will lose most of its other toes and must be in severe pain.
It's so frustrating that there are no rehabbers over here. In Brighton, it would be a done deal and I would have taken there to various ones.
I went to Lidl's to pick up some items. I got 3 cartons Oat barista (sugar free) for 74 cts, black rice which was reduced, a loaf of ciabatta, oranges, one kiwi and some berry infusion. I made some toasted ciabatta with Flora when I got back.
