Whatcha Eatin?

I am going to have my leftover steel cut oats/split red lentils from Saturday and incorporate lots of berries - I froze some pineapple juice in ice cube trays and will have 2 of those as a snack later too. Popsicle on a spoon.

A salad of spinach, arugula, carrots, cucumbers, onions and banana pepper rings topped with Italian dressing and a scoop of chickpea salad.

I'm going to make a strawberry, banana, oat milk and spinach smoothie and I'm defrosting some bread for a cheeze, mayo and tomato sandwich for lunch.
