I'm pretty sure I could do two cups of veggies daily (I pretty much do that now), but I don't know about three because I like to have room for other things.I made a salad...with three cups of mixed greens and veggies lol. I just couldn't do this every day.
It's really good though.

same...if I wasn't such a procrastinator I'd have done it three days ago. But I had a half loaf in the freezer which I was able to take out and defrost. I'll probably finish it today.I want bread too, but not enough to run the oven.
