I am going to have my leftover steel cut oats/split red lentils from Saturday and incorporate lots of berries - I froze some pineapple juice in ice cube trays and will have 2 of those as a snack later too. Popsicle on a spoon.
I was in the mood for a big breakfast, so I'm having tofu scramble made with spinach, arugula, carrots, onion, olives and hot sauce with half a banana and a small slice of soda bread with vegan butter.
pretty sure it is going to be noodley soup today as I didn't actually have it on Tuesday - instead I dumped an Aylmer veggie soup and a tomato soup together and put in lots of frozen veggies, fresh kale and a can of kidney beans
