A slaw ; red cabbage, sliced fennel, avocado, vinaigrette, pumpkin seeds and yeast flakes.

Strawberries.

yesterday for lunch I had my leftover steel cut oats/split red lentils from Saturday with lots of added berries

today I am having noodley soup for sure as I changed my mind on Monday and had a can of Aylmer vegetable soup with added veggies and soy curls and croutons in it

A salad; three grain quinoa, red lentils, diced cucumber, grated carrots and red cabbage, smoked cubed tofu, chickpeas, chia and pumpkin seeds, vinaigrette and yeast flakes.

Mashed strawberries with Sojade yogurt and cream plus sweetener.
