Whatcha Eatin?

I made the moong dal eggs again. I just can't stand when other people like what I make when I don't, so I keep making it till I do....
This time I put parchment paper in the bottom of the pan, and a good Tbls of oil. I used high heat, and covered to start them cooking before scraping up. THey didn't stick to the parchment, and easier to fully cook through
 
A smoothie made with blueberries, pineapple chunks, bananas, a handful of spinach, vanilla protein powder and almond milk. I'll be making this one again. It's really good.

Leftovers; warm potato & cauliflower salad with added sliced avocado and diced smoked tofu with vinaigrette and yeast flakes plus pumpkin seeds.

Strawberries & Alpro soya yogurt with sweetener.
