I had a Mexican rice and avocado pot. It wasn't all that nice and I thought how easy it would be to make from scratch. I also had a bowl of honeydew melon and a natural energy drink.
Hang in there! Lately, my craving for sweet things has been acting up. I have a calendar on my wall where I list things such as appointments (which I have always had trouble remembering). I also make notes of when I gave in to cravings. I don't obsess about it, but given that I have a known risk for Type 2 Diabetes, I think it's a good thing that I keep aware of my diet. I'm no longer pre-diabetic- and intend to stay that way.About one million calories.![]()
It's odd because usually I'm like this over the winter months and by spring time, I'm back on track. But for some reason I've been extra hungry the last 7-10 days. I think it's because I'm more active again. I seem to do better and not overeat when I'm less active. I know it should balance out...but it's not working that way.
