Whatcha Eatin?

I had two mini Higgidy vegan pies. Red pepper, sunblush tomato and carrot with green lentils, encased in vegan hot water crust pastry. No fake meat here, just deliciously vibrant veggies.
 
Kind of, sort of…they are a “raw” dessert. Very lemon-y but not as nice as a tart. But it satisfies the craving for a sweet/lemon treat.
Are they with raw cashews? I've made a raw cheesecake with raw cashews and lemon that was really good!
