Whatcha Eatin?

A wrap made with marinated, air fried soya curls,melted Applewood, red roast peppers, slaw with vinaigrette,
a dollop of Tofutti, a squirt of lime juice and a huge sprinkle of Tajin. The filling was excellent but the wrap was one of those
supermarket cardboard ones!

An orange.
 
I still feel full up from breakfast. Yesterday I had cauliflower cheese with the BOSH vegan sauce for lunch. It was okay, but I want to try the Sacla one.

Leftover Madras style jackfruit curry with ww organic Basmati rice.
White cabbage slaw with Dijon vinaigrette/pumpkin seeds/yeast flakes.
An orange.
I think jackfruit is one of the few vegetables/fruits I haven't tried yet.

ETA: I had a weird breakfast: garlic bread, a big handful of raw sunflower kernels and dry-roasted unsalted peanuts, 2 cold baked-in-my-crockpot potatoes (cubed and drizzled with a bit of canola oil), and water.

Lunch was an Impossible Whopper.
 
Breakfast was half a bagel, soy yogurt.
Lunch was penne rigate pasta with marinara sauce.
Dinner will be tacos!

That is a weird breakfast! I sometimes eat random things like that.😂

Half a vegan sreak bake and some sparkling water. I am going to go and make myself a cup of tea and have a bowl of muesli in a minute. I have had such a craving for muesli!
