What Did You Cook or Bake today?

I've baked the sugar cookies (they are delicious -- I had to test them, hehe), and next up are Russian teacakes (the wedding cake cookies). The vegan butter is on the counter softening. I think tomorrow I will make oatmeal raisin cookies and possibly peanut butter cookies.
 
I haven't made the peanut butter cookies, but I did make molasses crinkles and the oatmeal raisin cookies. I want to eat them aaaaallll. :D

Ugh. I love to make mayo using soymilk--even the one with some thickeners and a bit sweet is great. I've seen recipes using aquafaba instead of soymilk, using same recipe. Well, I opened a can yesterday so saved the liquid--organic, low salt, nice and thick. What I imagined happened. It's awful. It used more oil, looks like it's gonna thin out as it sits, and doesn't taste like mayo. I can use it for sauces, but not the whole dang jar :fp:
