Music What are you listening to now?

Our annual Christmas Video is here!

Our video for “Walking In The Air”, released on our CHRISTMAS album is ready to see the light of today!
It has become a tradition for us to release an annual Christmas video to ring in the holidays (find the full playlist here) and this year we chose ‘Walking In The Air’, the song from the animated movie of the children’s book ‘The Snowman’.
You can argue whether it’s strictly a Christmas song (in the same vain as the old argument, is ‘Die Hard’ a Christmas movie?) but for us it captures the magical feeling of the season perfectly and we love putting it on during the holidays.
We ventured more into the abstract realms with the video-editing which was a nice change from cutting the live Cavern Club videos and Duo Sessions recently, which are all very much “based in reality” Have a look, hopefully it will make your day a slight bit brighter!
We’ll leave you for now and hope you are enjoying the rest of your day to the fullest. Happy 2nd Advent!
Big hugs,
Mona & Lisa

I got this song stuck in my head. It must have gotten stuck in there while I was watching Queen's Gambit. I don't think I ever heard this song or this band before. Super catchy tho.

Evermore. The new Taylor Swift Album, the sister album to Folklore. :)

Hey! that just came out.... yesterday. Holy mackerel, you are a bigger Swiftie than I am.
:)

I haven't listened to it yet. Maybe today.
I wasn't a fan at all until this year! I really like her new albums, though.

I've liked her since the beginning. Country music was always a secret plearsure. but the thing that pushed me over was the half documentary half concert video, Taylor Swift: the 1989 World Tour. You should check it out. its free on YouTube.

I can see why you like her new stuff best. she is continually evolving. I think 1989 is transitional and worth a listen.

Hey, Now!
A new Grateful Dead music video to mark the 50th anniversary of American Beauty.

The Grateful Dead’s “Ripple” became a kind of cosmic spiritual after its debut 50 years ago. Since then, the universal appeal of Robert Hunter’s serene prose and the band’s heartfelt performance have made the song a popular choice at everything from weddings to funerals. As relevant now as ever before, the enduring optimism of “Ripple” is a welcome reminder of better days ahead, when songs will, once again, fill the air.
Reach out your hand if your cup be empty , If your cup is full may it be again 🎵 We're taking 2020 home and offering up new hope for 2021 with the video premiere of "Ripple." Beautifully animated by Actuality Films, the video brings a Tarot card reading to life as it tells the story of The Fool crossing paths with The Muse, The Magician and The Devil. Can you spot the myriad of Easter eggs drawn from Grateful Dead lyrics and lore?
