We got quite a bit of rain last night and more this morning. It is going to be a cloudy day all day today with temps in the upper 60's.
This is frightening for people living in Japan and Russia where there's been an earthquake.

Not epic or anything… But it would be nice. Although it will ruin my lunch plans for tomorrow but I wouldn't really mind.
I'm not expecting much because I think I am too far north/inland for this one, but I got my errands done today just in case. It still could be icy/slushy even if we don't get much snow.

We had a couple of cool mornings, in the 40's. Today warmed up into the upper 70's. It's been dry with very low rain chances.
This my front yard at the moment. This wind is crazy. The limbs are from a neighbor’s tree, as I have no trees in my yard.
Yikes! It was scary here for about an hour. Our lights kept flickering and we lost Internet a few times but then it would come right back on once the moment would reset. And several areas are without power. Thankfully ours is still on and it's very quiet out there right now. I think it's over.
I did hear this really loud crackling sound that lasted about five or six seconds… I honestly thought it was a tree limb breaking and I waited for the thud but it never came. So I thought maybe then it was a transformer or something but again nothing. So I'm not sure exactly what the noise was.
Scary indeed! Another limb has since fallen in my yard. At least the wind has died down a bit.
