We got quite a bit of rain last night and more this morning. It is going to be a cloudy day all day today with temps in the upper 60's.

I'm not expecting much because I think I am too far north/inland for this one, but I got my errands done today just in case. It still could be icy/slushy even if we don't get much snow.

We had a couple of cool mornings, in the 40's. Today warmed up into the upper 70's. It's been dry with very low rain chances.

Yikes! It was scary here for about an hour. Our lights kept flickering and we lost Internet a few times but then it would come right back on once the moment would reset. And several areas are without power. Thankfully ours is still on and it's very quiet out there right now. I think it's over.

I did hear this really loud crackling sound that lasted about five or six seconds… I honestly thought it was a tree limb breaking and I waited for the thud but it never came. So I thought maybe then it was a transformer or something but again nothing. So I'm not sure exactly what the noise was.

Scary indeed! Another limb has since fallen in my yard. At least the wind has died down a bit.

It's been crazy windy and cold here too! On the highway home I could really feel my car sway.
This weekend they're saying back in the 30's. I need to plastic more windows.

Quite a bit cooler this morning in the 40's but will warm up nicely to the upper 70's. It will be too warm on Christmas for Christmassy sweaters!

It's sunny and chilly this morning, quite a change from yesterday's crazy wind and rain. I have to move the limbs off my lawn. I think I will just put them to side of yard for now. I need a wood chipper or something to get rid of them.

No hate at all! You deserve deserved a break today yesterday! So do I- but apart from the sunshine, I'm not getting one today. Cold and windy.
