I saw this on my FB and showed my sister, who loathes humidity, lol! She got a kick out of it.Haha. It's pretty humid/muggy but not necessarily hot. I will reserve any complaining until it's officially Autumn.

It was actually quite lovely at the beach today, but the clouds are rolling in and showers are expected tonight into tomorrow.
@KLS52 For some time, I've been wondering about how my area doesn't seem to have a gradual change from warm/hot weather to cool/cold. Specifically, I've been wondering if it's just an occasional fluke (which the weather was probably doing when the Trilobites were still around) or a more recent development.
I still fondly remember that non-existent "winter" we had a few years ago; it was so pleasantly mild. I also remember reading about that one "year without a summer" back in the 1800s ("1800-and-froze-to-death").

Isn't it funny, how our perception of what pleasant is, differs...I could never describe a non existent winter as pleasant lol
