OMG traffic jam on Fridays coming!

I currently watch Grimm; new episodes air on Fridays at 9 on NBC

coming soon to Fridays are new episodes of Kitchen Nightmares (So sue me; I got used to Gordon Ramsay yelling at people) which will air on Fox, probably at 8, like last season. Also coming up soon is the new Reba McIntire sitcom Malibu Country, which I'm interested in. That will air on Fridays on ABC, scheduled for 8:30. Eek!

We just got Grimm on UK tv last week. Watched the first ep....awesome! Cant wait for more!

Any Brits going to be watching the latest Derren Brown specials this weekend?

For anyone that lives in the UK and that, like me, has absolutely no life and loves a bit of junk TV:

The first episodes of the new series of Tool Academy was HILARIOUS!

I'm hoping to if I'm around. It looks awesome!
Never mind being a volunteer for it though, apocalypses don't sound all that fun...

I sometimes watch that Tool Academy but I get really upset and angry with it. Why are girls degrading themselves by staying with boys like that!

I want to hug Derren Brown and have tea with him! :smitten:

I would normally agree with you. But in this new series, it's on another level of stupidity. The blokes are SO outrageous and ridiculous that I don't even feel sorry for the girls, because they are just idiots for staying with them.

Haha make sure he doesn't zap you into an imaginary land of zombies though, that's the last thing anyone needs when trying to have a quiet cuppa.

OOH and I'm LOVING the new series of Red Dward.

After the failure of 'Back to Earth' I was concerned it was going to be rubbish and ruin my life (possibly a tad over dramatic, but Red Dwarf is my favorite program ever) but it's been really funny so far, and much more like the old stuff

I've been really obsessed with Dead Like Me lately. It airs on the Chiller network which I have on my cable system. It airs Tuesday nights and there was recently a weekend marathon, and I watch as much as I can. I even bought the DVD set (2 seasons, and a follow up movie together) so I can watch DLM when it doesn't air on TV. I think it helps me mourn the loss of my father, who died 2 years ago. I've been trying to move on, but it's difficult because I miss him so much. :(
I lost my dad a few years ago, and I can't move on either. He was 82. The best father.

I know. Its kind of the reason I watch Snog Marry Avoid. I may not be as 'pretty' as them but at least Im not as vapid.
Derren Brown+zombies=<3
I cant say Im all tha impressed with the new Red Dwarf :(

ledboots, Amy :hug:sorry for your losses.

Oh, okay. I think I posted this already, but I was worried about the "sophomore slump" but no worries. Grimm is still pretty awesome. I don't know when you'll see the Halloween episode that just aired on Friday here, but I really liked it.

Probably get it at Christmas lol.

I dont know why we have to wait so long to get American shows. When you guys have a 'Season Break' as my understanding it that the Season has a week or two break...I have no idea why. But even though we get the Season weeks after you even though you guys are still ahead often only half the season is shown and we have to have a break, which is not a done thing in the UK.

I don't know, either. It certainly doesn't seem right to me that a "special" seasonal episode of a series that airs at the correct time here in the US should air at a different time in the UK. At least with movies, they tend to be released at about the same time on both sides of the Atlantic, but with TV, scheduling is a mystery to me.

Dexter seems to be off to a rather slow start this season. I can't find anything specifically bad to say about it... I'm just having a hard time staying interested. After the 'big reveal' during last season's finale, I thought things would get much crazier than they have.
