I think the driver was just making the point that it was from the government for free for them. The person that got the box said they had to register on a government website to tell them that someone in their household was classed as "extremely vulnerable" beforehand.

I'm usually in awe, when i think what happens to extremely vulnarable people over here, if/when this thing takes over. When i see old weak people (who are hardly walking) on the streets and in shops these days,- my heart gets shriveled, because there is no one to help them, and they put themselves at risk every day.

FROM THE NEWSROOM: PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) — Gov. Gina Raimondo says the Rhode Island National Guard will go door to door in the coastal communities starting Saturday to ask people if they are visiting from New York and informing them of Rhode Island's mandatory 14-day quarantine for people from there.

The Democrat says the measure is extreme but necessary because the New York City area is the epicenter of the coronavirus pandemic in the U.S. and is needed to control its spread.

The order came on the same day state police started pulling over vehicles with New York license plates to inform them of the quarantine order.

I heard this from my mom in Rhode Island about the troopers stopping people at the border, but that's new about the door-to-door procedure. My mom did tell me that out-of-state cars that were parked near the beaches in her area were getting ticketed because people ignored the signage that said the beaches were closed to out-of-staters.

Yeeeey! Thanks. I showed a couple videos to my BIL, and he said he wants a link (to watch all videos at home with the family).
This one is very cool. Once upon a time, my ex-husband and i "took a ride" (twice) on something like this (it was more modest) in an amusement park in SPb, but those were amusement rides that had been brought from Germany for a couple months.

It wasn't russian, as far as i remember...
But it's good that you mentioned it: "П" button was usually for "ПУСК" ("pusk" = "play"). But "ПЕРЕМОТКА ВПЕРЁД" ("peremotka vperyod" = "fast forward") starts with "п" letter as well!
Also: "З" is for "ЗАПИСЬ" ("zapis' " = "recording").
"Вкл/Выкл" is for "Включить/ Выключить", which means "on/off".

Mikkel has been so much outside the last days, that Rime is tired and falls asleep as soon as we come home. I think I forgot to say hi yesterday, as I was editing a video until late night...

I was most likely dead tired + a cold again. So up and running. Following the news close.

We have 4000 confirmed infected now, and 23 people died. Sweden was sure they did everything right, and the rest of the world wrong, but they change their strategy more and more.

I live rural enough to be a lot outside. And will be as long as I can until a lockdown. So far, it doesn't seems like we need yet. We are spreading it very slow compare to others.

I have friends making face masks for me to use at work now. I get too close to people sometimes, and IF I'm infected and don't know, it's more likely deadly for them to get it...

Sweden have even been worse. And still have a lot up and running. So they have passed 100 dead now. They are of cause twice as much people, but other we are quite similar.

A lot here is closed. School, kindergarden, all type of things like hair dresser, nail saloons etc. Rules about serving people food (have space), a lot of people have home offices etc etc. So we are not running as usual.

We are advised to not be in groups more than 5 people. Oslo have forbidden serving alcohol now. Plus much more.
