Debating about getting this for the bf. It is a bit pricy, but it is still kind of cool. I need to also figure out size as he is 6'4.

Got one of these for my boyfriend's dad for christmas last year- he absolutely loved it! I got a medium and fretted because he is quite large (the large was out of stock) but it fitted perfectly! It might have been a different make though.

I waiting for the sun to come up so I can run out and buy some last minute groceries. I have decided to make vegan lasagna. I had purchased a Match Meats roast and a roast from TJs, but now I'm not in the mood for either. I think I can freeze them for another time, though. Yeah, I want lasagna and meatless meatballs!!

I made my lasagna! And my quiche is in the oven! I'm so excited because so many times I say I'm going to do/make something and then I don't do it. But I did it! Now I just hope they taste ok!

I still have to make the mashed potatoes and candied sweet potatoes and glazed carrots for tomorrow. I'm glad I did my stuff first because even if I run out of steam now, I will have to force myself to make the stuff that I need to bring to Christmas dinner.

Well, Christmas dinner is all prepped and in the fridge, presents are under the tree, and I'm back home with my family it's officially Christmas!

What do you do to sweet potatoes to make them candied? I often hear about that dish on US shows but I'm never sure what it means.

I have already made the stuffing balls ready to reheat and have roasted the potatoes slightly to cook them tomorrow too. We are just staying at home instead of going over to in-laws and I want it to be as stress-free as possible.
