I got on the survey, filled out my address, and the survey told me that my US address did not qualify.
I simply responded to that issue and to tell others what it stated.

you might have offered "ethical reasons" among the reasons for choosing a vegan diet, in addition to just "other reasons".
My assumption is that you will get a lot of "other reason" answers.
