Vegan Spang's Pasta Dish Surprise

1 Box of the pasta of your choice (I use rotini or pennette rigate)
1 Jar of spaghetti sauce
1 Bag of frozen mixed vegetables
2 Tofurky Italian sausages (chopped)
1 Microwave
1 Stove
1 Cooking pot
1 Colander
1 Wooden spoon
1 Plate
1 Fork

Bring cooking pot full of water to boil.
Add pasta.
Microwave frozen bag of mixed vegetables.
Drain cooked pasta in colander.
Dump drained cooked pasta, not-frozen-anymore bag of mixed vegetables, chopped Tofurky Italian sausages and jar of spaghetti sauce into cooking pot.
Heat and stir.
Serve.
