It's September, it's a new thread, everyone join in and make healthy choices for yourself!
Healthy choices do not have to be weight loss goals! You could plan to start a new sport, or get more steps in a day, or drink more water, or cut down on Oreos, or do something each day that's good for your mental health (like eating Oreos)! Anything that you feel would be a positive impact on your physical or mental wellbeing counts. And we're all here to support each other.
