Question-Kitchen Utensils & Food Processor

we do have a lot of different kinds. Just not the com

I just went online and checked....
We have carrots, corn and green beans.
brocoli, carrots and cauliflower,
green beans, carrots, peas and corn
peas and carrots
red, green, and yellow pepper strips

and a bunch of stir fry versions ( I don't like them - they always come out a bit soggy)
and the newest thing is ones for roasting : roasted peppers and onions, there are also a few with potatoes. I've tried the roasting versions but I'm not sold on them either.
I don't see that blend either. When I've bought onions and bell peppers frozen they were totally water logged! Not good at all
The stir fry blends are mostly like that too, but I found Aldi Asian blend, the two pound bag with a sauce packet, is really good. I let it thaw before using, and cut up the broccoli to the same size. I don't use the sauce though, the one in the bag without noodles is vegan, but not to my liking.
I do let most frozen veg thaw and then heat quickly in a hot pan, or take to work with other stuff and micro a minute

When cooking frozen veggies, I usually make the whole bag or half the bag in the microwave according to the directions. Put remainder in the frig and just reheat in the microwave as needed.
I also will use them I soups. Where I just add them to the soup and cook.
