6 tbs EVO
1 tbs cider vinegar
2 tbs orange juice
1/2 tsp French Dijon mustard
salt and freshly ground pepper
a few drops of orange extract (optional)
Combine the salt and orange juice and cider. Stir until the salt has dissolved.
Add the mustard and add the EVO using a whisk. Add a few drops of orange
extract.
Tip : This salad dressing pairs well with avocados, carrots and bitter leaf salads.
