National Homemade Soup Day

February 4th was National Homemade Soup Day.

I like the look of this lentil / kale soup (got it off Google image search), but it could use some barley!

Sweet! Looks great... I did not know it was soup day...yesterday etc. But today, I made a vegan stew that was mostly a pantry/fresh veg basket cleaner-outer.... But was pretty good...lots of veg of course, smoked paprika, ginger garlic paste, potatoes, white beans, chopped spinach, several dashes of nooch and hot sauce...and made some garlic bread to go with...
