What’s the point if you have an apple and moreover don’t like overripe bananas?

also, conversely to keep bananas from "ripening" each other, keep them apart. like on opposite sides of the kitchen or something.
I don't worry too much about bananas being overripe cause I just freeze them and add them to my smoothies.

I keep my bananas in the fridge and some on the banana hanger to ripen.

So do I. I think people say not to do that because it can make the skins go black, but you don't tend to eat the skins so I don't see anything wrong with it.

I quite like your idea though Lou. I might put a banana in every room and see if any guests mention it.
