Those DEVA tiny tablet are great. I used to take them daily too.
However they are not going to meet your B12 requirements. The problem is that we can only absorb a little B12 at a time. You could take one of those and then injest 2 - 3 more portions of fortified foods. That is what I did. Or take a massive dose once a day. You can read up on B12 right here on this forum.

The other issue is that that walnuts are great for ALA but don't contain any DHA or EPA. DEVA makes a Vegan Omega 3 supplement that you can take.
