Yes, another one! But this is best of the best I've made!
Tweeked from Chloe's--

2 cups macaroni (1lb. is 3 cups) cooked, drained

1/2 cup chopped onion sauteed in-
1/4 cup veg oil (used olive)
add-
1/3 cup flour & cook a couple min.
slowly add-
3 cups unsweetened soymilk
2 T. tomato paste (or ketchup)
2/3 cup nut. yeast flakes (1/3 powdered)
1 teas. garlic powder
1 teas. mustard powder
3 T. lemon juice

Pour over macaroni in an oiled 8x8 pan. Top with panko crumbs and sprinkle with steak seasoning--pepper, salt,onion and garlic powder blend.
Bake at 350 F. for 25 min.
 
LOL! unsweetened soymilk! I'm sure you could use almond or whatever you like, but I stick with soymilk for this.

Things I tweeked:
Less pasta- original had 1 lb. (3 cups dry)
Added mustard powder
Upped lemon 2 T.
Added onion
Increased nutritional yeast from 1/2 cup to 2/3 (could even use more!)
Added extra spice to crumb topping
