I just got home from seeing Florence + the Machine.

I'm going to see Crystal Castles on Sunday. I'm so excited I've been peeing my pants on a daily basis since I bought the tickets.

I saw Devin Townsend, Katatonia and Paradise Lost on the 21st and am seeing The Sword and Gypsyhawk on November 16th. I am stoked beyond belief since I've heard both bands are excellent live

Tori Amos was stunning last night! So great to hear familiar songs reworked with an orchestra.

Lately we have gone a a lot of local band shows. I quite enjoy going to them. Small venues, inexpensive and good music. I normally run up and hug the musicians after they play.

When I play live, I wish more people would do this.

I am so disappointed that I missed this in my area. I love Katatonia!

I sadly don't have any concerts planned for the immediate future. I recently saw Mark Tremonti on his solo tour and had hoped to see Pearl Jam in Philly in September, but it didn't work out.

Last night, I watched via stream Metallica at Voodoo Fest. I was really liking technology. I never tire of seeing Metallica. James Hetfield could read the phone book and that would be fine by me. I love that man's voice, both speaking and singing.

LOL, Cerebellion. I do agree that he can be annoying at times, mostly because he talks nonstop when he does talk .

Next month I'll be seeing Fiona Apple & Blake Mills, and Neko Case. Both within a few days of each other.
