I found a couple of facts and details in this that I could quibble with. I don't even agree with the headline/conclusion. But the last three paragraphs are spot on.

Vegan restaurants aren't closing because there are fewer vegans. They are closing because vegans now have more choices. There are a lot of restaurants where a person can go and eat vegan food.
