How do you cook and prepare your Celebration Roast?

I prepare my roast by taking it to do all its favorite activities and reminiscing over special memories.

I like the recipe in their website with the phyllo dough.

The Celebration Roast was quite good for my first try - went very well with the Tofurky savory gravy.

I like to slice it, then bake on top of a small (8x8) pan of stuffing/dressing. Sometimes I cover the whole thing with aluminum foil, as it can dry out a bit. Other times I want it to be dry so I leave it uncovered.
